Frequently asked questions
What conditions do you treat?
We help with a wide range of problems including back pain, neck pain, joint pain, sports injuries, muscle strains, and long term aches and pains that have not settled on their own.
Do I need a GP referral to see a physiotherapist?
No. You can book directly with us without seeing your GP first. This means you can start treatment sooner and get a clear plan straight away.
How many sessions will I need?
What happens at the first appointment?
Your first session includes a full assessment to understand what is causing your pain, followed by hands on treatment and clear advice on what to do next. You will leave knowing what is wrong and how we plan to help.
Will physiotherapy be painful?
Physiotherapy should not be painful, but you may feel some temporary discomfort as your body adapts. We always work within your comfort level and explain what to expect throughout treatment.
